2/9/2008 , We have the first Genetal meeting of Autoshow with our working comm . All the high comm is requested to arrive at the venue at 8.00 pm and prepare for the meeting whereas the working comm should be turning out around 8.30 pm. Well, the attendance is not as much as we expected , around 150 and above instead 200 ++ ... The meeting started with a briefly introduction and history of autoshow by the Director Sim Tim Yee and his 2 assistants , followed by the introducion of every division's head and assistant head ... sound quite boring huh ? Indeed, it is very boring!!! Who wanna listen to those long and uninteresting intro ? After that , the working comm were divided into six groups for the up coming fund raising event which each groups will be managed by each division 's head and assit . after sometime onli we realise that the gouping should be based on the division but not the assigned number , because we cant do anything towards those inept committee because they are not in our division , and it is very tedious to check out which division they are and report to their leader ....We discuss about the food to sell , and were finallized as Big Apple Donut , Herbal egg and sweet corn .. and I 'm appoarching the v'soy company to get a cheaper price to sell as well , hopefully that this 4-days fund raising can hit our targeted profit ..... The meeting end at 11 someting , and we , high comm, go " yam cha" before head for home, a tedious but exciting day ....
