Well , now is our mid term one week break , so let me start will "hey dude , how's your doing ?"haha...
It's already thursday of our mid term break , and I decide to post a blog about my one-day-life in this break.
Wake up at 6.oo a.m , oMg I just miss one leng lui 20 miss called??? Not, it is just a sms state i miss 20 miss call from her at mid night when I was already fall asleep by that time...
Put on my running attire, have 1 pieces of chocolate to boost my energy and do some warm up before have a 6.1 km route trial of this coming saturday competition " Spirit of Marathon" organised by ISS ..
The route is from Ixora to Jusco to Pantai Hospital and back to Ixora which I took 29:11 minute to finish it . not bad I would say but not good enough.

back at 6.40 a.m , have a 10 minutes break and another piece of chocolate before carry out my body building 12- stages work out which suppose to be carried out 3 per times suggested by Men'sHealth Magazine
