I'm getting much better , I must say that , previous 2 months was a disaster to me, not motivated, not smiling , bad mood , no confidence in watever I was doing or talking , and eye are always filled with sadness, cant catch up my study , cant complete the assignment and result drop...Yet I m getting much more better , the rooting is end and the GheeOon is back , learned his lesson , far more motivated then ever....
That help me stand up again , is TimeTable. Yes just a time table , but if you plan your timetable well, it will make you feel revive and refresh for everyday because you know what is waiting ahead for you to accomplish today. Some highlight of my lately planned time table is , wake up 6 am everyday , put on my sweater and jog for a 5.6 km with speed 12.05km/hour, read news paper after that,carry out burn-fat -build-muscle work out 3 times per week , watch 8p.m english News everyday , get to bed around 10.30 pm , of course scheduling for the next day time table b4 lay on my bed. And so the next day go on ....
To some of you might feel lazy and may be crazy the idea of waking up so early , but just ask yourself , hw many serene morning with a cheering sunrise have you miss after you growing up ? Because of what ? Playing game till late mid night ? Burn your mid night oil because of study ? or hanging out with fren for "yam cha" ? Trust me , the feeling of holding one cup of coffee , reading newspaper while the morning sunshine peering into your house , the feeling is so ....beyond word can express...
Well , you might notice that i didnt include table tennis in my time table, Yes, I will stop playing table tennis for some time , until I can forget whatever I have and obtain the serene mood of just playing for fun and not completing with anyone else , I will not play it again . While you are standing beside watching they play , you will feel the ball is slow , the action is too much , the ball is spining , and you will have hundred of idea for playing much better than they do , but once you put on your shoe on and with your blade on your hand , all the patience gone , all the logical thinking gone , and I dunt like it ....I have been stop playing it around 2 months , and when will I start playing again ? I dunno , just like i dunno when will i have the right mood to crapping here...
If we say that , human live , because they have dream , and you ask me , what is my dream ? Here is my answer ," I dunt have any big dream for future , but I do want to increase my current 12.04km/hour speed to 12.5 km/hour before i take part in PENANG BRIDGE RUN 2009 for half marathon, 25km ". It look ntg much different from the figure , yet the later will finish the run 5 minutes earlier , and 5 minutes mean a lot in a long distance run...
and , make the MMU TABLE TENNIS OPEN 2009 succss...
